The Anchored Strength Method is a 90 day transformational method that will guide you from feeling disconnected, tired, and stagnant to energized, empowered and anchored.

The Anchored Strength Method is designed for people who:

  • Feel disconnected from their bodies and want to rebuild trust, not force change

  • Live in larger bodies and want strength without pressure to shrink

  • Carry stress, trauma, or burnout in their bodies and want a safer way to move

  • Crave structure and support, but also gentleness and choice

  • Want to feel capable, grounded, and strong in everyday life, not just in workouts

  • Feeling disconnected, numb, or “checked out” in your body

  • Chronic fatigue or low energy that makes movement feel overwhelming

  • Starting and stopping fitness routines because they’re too intense or rigid

  • Fear of injury, failure, or doing it “wrong”

  • A complicated relationship with exercise shaped by shame, diet culture, or past harm

  • Feeling ungrounded, scattered, or stuck—physically and emotionally

How does it work?

This 12-week program begins January 26 and runs through April. Enrollment is limited, and once spots are filled you’ll be notified when the next round opens.

This call is a chance for you to share what’s feeling hard or stuck in your relationship with your body and movement, and to learn more about the 90-day program. If it feels aligned for both of us, you’ll be invited to join and receive enrollment details for the January–April program.
