RECLAIM: strength + flow is a hybrid class that combines the grounded intensity of kettlebell training with the deep core connection and fluidity of Pilates.
This class is more than just a workout:
It’s a practice for folks reclaiming space in their bodies, affirming their strength, and moving on their own terms.
Reclaim: The Class
Reclaim will be 60 minutes with a 10 minute warm up followed by 20 minutes of kettlebell and 20 minutes of Pilates. Then ending with some breath work and a cool down.

Price: $15 for 1 drop in session/$85 for all 6, cost doesn’t have to be a barrier
When/Where: Virtual for 6 weeks starting September 17th, there will be a few in person slots available
